Abstract
Recently, we have developed a technology which can specifically inactivate intracellular protein molecules with high spatial and time resolution by using femtosecond pulse laser and green fluorescent protein, i.e., multiphoton excitation-evoked chromophore-assisted laser inactivation (MP-CALI). To analyze precise functions of chromosomal passenger proteins, we conduct experiments by applying the method of MP-CALI.
