Abstract :
Objective: This study aims to construct the imaging network teaching system based on picture archiving and communication system (PACS). Material and methods: Taking image storage and communication system from GE medical system as the basic platform, this study attempts to design the teaching service unit in accordance with teaching requirements of the university. In addition, with the basis of multimedia teaching facilities, this study also aims to set up the image resource service network in order to achieve the purpose of carrying out modern imaging network teaching. Results: The PACS medical imaging network teaching system of higher institutions has been established. Conclusion: It is feasible to construct the medical imaging network teaching system with the PACS in the university.
