Abstract :
Based on the energy-saving gearshift law of the technical vehicles. a fundamental of the shift control was established. By using fuzzy control theory, a fuzzy shift scheme was developed in this paper to realize the automation of the manipulating. The strategy is composed of a fuzzy shift strategy, which sets the schedule according to the rotating speed ratio iw of hydraulic converter and throttle valve opening α when the vehicle on the working mode. The test results showed that the energy-saving gearshift law tally with the request of the vehicle gearshift The fuzzy gearshift tactics can decrease the gear times, enhance the economy of the fuel and the efliciency,and improve the gear quality.
