Abstract :
This paper introduces, how time should be taken into account in leading processes. Why time is so crucial, when leading situations are discussed? This paper results guidelines about the meaning of time in the context of complicated and time management demanding leading situation. It is pondered whether understanding objective duration and subjective duration, i.e. those time windows, which the acting environment allows and the actor itself requires, is essential. Finally, it is discussed, what kind of problems may arise, when trying to study time experiences.
