Abstract

Combining WTO basic principle and using international trade theory, international investment theory related to high technology product export, Zhejiang high technology product export problem is analyzed in this paper. Current situation, characteristic and problems of Zhejiang high technology products export are analyzed through large amount of data and returned survey. After comparing analysis between current supporting policy and impact of WTO on Zhejiang high technology product export, a quantities analysis of impact on Zhejiang is conducted in the following agreement: anti-allowance agreement, anti-dump agreement, investment method agreement, technology trade entry agreement, IP protect agreement. The suggestion is made in this paper.
