Abstract
This study examined how differential perceptions of employer´s offered inducements influenced employees´ turnover intention, using data from 50 high-tech firms in the PRC. Results demonstrated that employees´ trust in their employers mediated the relationship between differential perceptions of employers´ offered inducements and employees´ turnover intention, but not the relationship between employers´ offered inducements per se and employee´s turnover intention.
