Abstract
For managing the quality of software products, specifically Web software products, it is not suffice to perform mere verification and validation functions but, in addition, a management of quality of non-functional attributes is becoming imperative. Hence a framework is required for strategically managing quality from all the three dimensions of software products, viz., product operations, product transition and product revision. This paper attempts to present such a framework.
