  • Abstract
    The experimental results showed that the zinc oxide filler of PMMA polymer films improved charge storage stability independent of the polarity. The temperature dependences of the electret potential showed the appearance of additional charge trapping levels of different depths in the electret PMMA/ZnO composite films. The effect of low pressures on charge storage stability presented surface discharged processes from different trapping levels.
