Abstract
Typically, frequencies in wireless communication applications such as Cellular and Mobile Phones, Personal Communication System (PCS), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), Pagers, Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) communication, etc. range from several hundred MHz to few GHz. MCM technology is very well suited for these applications to provide needed performance, small size, and lower weight packaging. This paper describes a set of design tools integrated in a EDA framework which is based on concurrent engineering environment
