Abstract :
OpenFlow is a new type of switch model in rapid development. This model supports the control of external policies to network process. Multi-table and multi-item group matching is the challenge in Openflow platform. Three-layer implementation model of Openflow switch is proposed in this paper. Openflow multi-table switching technique based on TCAM is studied, including the model of the multi-table process in Openflow and TCAM performance model. TCAM-based Openflow forwarding performance is analyzed under the above model.
