  • Abstract
The great divide separating industries and companies within an industry is between those who are up shifting to real-time supply chains and those who are not. So far, very few organizations have succeeded in seamlessly integrating all levels of supply-chain activities to achieve a quantum leap in their business processes. The ones that have succeeded are reaping big competitive rewards and offer a window into net-centric business processes across the supply chain. This paper discusses some of these vanguard organizations and the important insights they provide into the future.
