Abstract :
In this article, we propose solutions for a networked environment based on hierarchical level-of-detail (LOD) models and view-dependent progressive streaming. We use two hierarchical LOD models for complex scenes and then we leverage these models to implement progressive streaming for client server and peer-to-peer network architectures.
