The exploitation and utilization of Internet marketing tools is mainly to make the network marketing function come true. This paper mainly dissertate in detail the function of network marketing from the respect of online survey, online information issue, website popularize, web brand establish, online promotion, distribution channel, after sale services. Those aspects reflect the whole process activities of marketing on internet.
