Abstract :
A simulation model of wideband total power radiometer channel is built by the combination of simulation tools in ADS and MATLAB in this paper. The actual measurement process of temperature sensitivity is simulated by the model. And the impact on the temperature sensitivity by the properties of the model, such as system noise temperature and bandwidth is studied.
