Abstract :
One of the most important conditions of the effective automated production functioning is reliable operation. Modern process equipment offers mechatronic systems consisting of mechatronic modules. One of the possible ways of improving the process equipment reliability is the use of diagnostics. For making decisions about the technical condition it is advisable to use the fuzzy set theory, which adequately takes into account different uncertainties.
