This article established the evaluation index system of comprehensive strength about Science and Technology services enterprises through the analysis of the status about Tianjin Science and Technology services enterprises, combined with the characteristics of science and technology enterprises, using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. And this gives specific instructions by examples.
