Abstract :
Temperature oscillations with 1-h period were produced in polycarbonate durolon under an electric field. Large phase shifts (even greater than 90°) were observed around 50°-70°C, the current lagging the temperature signal. The results were interpreted as indicating a negative value for both the susceptibility and the conductivity rate of change with the temperature in the whole range examined and in part of it, respectively
