Abstract :
New measurements of the dielectric permittivity of nine liquids and binary mixtures have been made in the range 1 to 12 GHz. The measurements are combined with data from the literature and Debye type relaxation equations are fitted. Conclusions are formed about the number of relaxation processes for each liquid.
