Abstract
This research used factor analysis to explore the underlying factors that might affect the satisfaction level and re-attend intention of Chinese exhibitors to an exhibition, and then utilized regression equation to verify the reliability of factor analysis and disclosed the relative importance of these factors to the satisfaction level and re-attend intention of Chinese exhibitors. This research is helpful to provide a better way to understand the Chinese exhibition industry, the various needs of Chinese exhibitors and the determinants that affect the satisfaction level and re-attend intention of Chinese exhibitors, and also helpful to give supports to Chinese exhibition organizers and accelerate the growth of Chinese exhibition industry.
