Abstract
This text follows the study idea of Resource-Based View, believes that internal resource enterprises possesses will exert an influence on competitive advantage of enterprises. At the same time, this article adds consideration to external environment, then establishes the study mode. This article empirically tests the hypotheses using the structural equation model, based on surveyed data collected from Hubei province manufacturer. The result of study confirms the mechanism of action that internal resource, external environment have influential action on competitive advantage of enterprises. Ultimately, this text summarizes the research conclusion and elaborates the management significances.
