Abstract :
Based on the high-speed development of telecommunications industry and the necessity to optimize Telecommunication Resource Management System, this paper discusses the business decoupling of Telecommunication Resource Management System in an attempt to resolve the problem of tight coupling. The study decomposes the telecommunication network from the following progressive levels: defining three management methods of telecommunication networks not only through the separation of physical view and management view but also the separation of natural object and management object; decomposing the telecommunication network into many technical networks by longitudinal load and latitudinal connection; decomposing the technical network into simpler topological structure according to its management dimensionality; integrating telecommunication network with resource service, which serves as the bond of the decoupled subnets. The methods above resolve the problem of tight coupling and improve the efficiency of Telecommunication Resource Management System.
