Abstract
In this paper, the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for a GIS running state is proposed. The model is based on actual operation of GIS, establishes a set of membership functions and the characteristics factor set of GIS, determining the comprehensive weights of operation parameter indexes of GIS by Analytic Hierarchy Process, and conducting the fuzz calculation connecting with the index weight and evaluation matrix to get the comprehensive operating state of GIS. Experiment results show that the model can reflect the GIS running state several parameters of the organic combination, which provide an integrated approach for evaluate the GIS overall operating state.
