Abstract :
The performance of the frequency estimation method of miniature end-plate potentials (MEPP) observed at the frog neuromuscular junction is analyzed by Monte Carlo simulations. The author especially considers the error of frequency estimates against the data length in which the frequency is varied ranging from 100 to 10000
