  • Abstract
    In this paper propagation of light in microsphere and using it as a powerful sensor is described. A new multilayer structure sphere is proposed and its characteristic equation would be obtained. With this structure quality factor (Q) would be improved. Recent improvement in utilizing this powerful sensor with very high quality factor (Q) in biomedical and specially biophotonic is reported.
