A Study on the Path Dependence of NIS Influenced by Transnational Corporations Integrated Innovation

At present, transnational corporations is becoming one of the factors that influence on China´s NIS gradually. They also affect the technological developing direction of China through integrated innovation activities, which makes path dependence more and more seriously. In this situation, we must insist on the developing way based on independent innovation, and get rid of the dependence on the technology of international corporations. Through executing national innovation strategy, establishing independent innovation platform, promoting innovation bodies´ collaboration and strengthening international technology cooperation, set up the NIS that makes the independent innovation as core.
