Abstract :
The Structure and imaging process of frame-transfer CCD is analyzed, Finding the image smearing is because of photosensitive unit is still exposure when image transferred line-by-line, The image subsequent lines will influent by previous lines inevitable, once there is a highlight area in image, which will generate serious image smearing. In this paper, a Calibrate image smearing method is proposed, which uses subsequent line´s gray subtract previous line´s affluence, and use this method to test several frame-transfer type CCD, experimental result shows the method simple and high efficiency.
