Abstract
A novel low-voltage low-power current conveyor amplifier for high-speed SRAM implementations is presented. Simulation results showed that the new circuit offers substantial improvement over the conventional circuit in terms of speed and power-delay product, regardless of the variations in bit-line and data-line capacitances.
