Abstract
This article studied the theories of industry colony life cycle´s correlation, analyzed the industrial colony´s life cycle which had been divided into four stages: seed time, growth period, mature period and winter. This article introduced the theory of industrial colony sustainable development, elaborated sustainable development´s risk of the industrial colony for each stage, and analyzed each stage´s sustainable development condition, obtained the sustainable development´s factor of the industrial colony for each stage. It also gave feasible suggestions for the industrial colony´s sustainable development.
