Abstract :
By tracking the latest foreign literatures, this thesis selects the cultural perspective, and carefully analyses the post-merger cultural integration theory which has a strongly practical meaning, and has the urgent need for in-depth study. Based on learning theory, it puts forward to strongly practical application value of integrated intervention model of organizational culture. We hold that this thesis will be helpful for domestic researchers to attach much importance on the culture integration in the post-M&A.
