Abstract :
The Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Department at Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) has a long history of offering courses in electric power engineering. The existing centers at IIT which participate in the electricity restructuring education and research activities include: Center for Electric Power and Power Electronics (ECE); Center for Power and Energy (CHEE); Center for Law and Energy (LAW); and Center for Electrochemical Science and Engineering (CHEE).
