Abstract :
To solve the problem of Response-Time SLO optimization, a model of setting different response time for different usage window was proposed in this paper. We firstly present an approach of dividing usage windows by customers´ service level and access time. After that, in order to maximum the financial profit, an algorithm of seeking target response time for different usage windows was given. At the end of this paper, the algorithm was applied to a SaaS platform, in this way we proved the efficiency of this algorithm.
