Abstract :
Multi-energy powertrain controller is the kernel of hybrid electric vehicle electrical control system. Its structure, performance, communication mode directly affect the whole vehicle´s control strategy and control mode. In this paper, solution of multi-energy powertrain controller is given out, which includes microchip selection and configuration, CAN network composition and key technique, software structure and control algorithm. Experiment results show that the solution has reasonable structure, is highly integrated, strongly reliable and can be easy realized. During the experimentation, the multi-energy powertrain controller works steadily, has high performance and meets the control need of real-time and precision.
