Abstract :
The scattering of electromagnetic waves from frequency selective surfaces (FSS) on anisotropic substrates is investigated, by using a full-wave analysis. The reflection and transmission coefficients are determined for FSS comprised of conducting patches on a uniaxial anisotropic layer, as function of the geometry parameters and of the dielectric anisotropy
