Study on the Like-biological Regulation in M&A

M & A is similar to the hybrid method of the biology, so it is possible to exist the like-biological regulation in the M & A activity. For studying the corporate biological-like regulation,it has made the series supposition and the corporate biological-like regulation were discovered including gene separation regulation and free combination regulation. It has pointed out the difference between the corporate biological-like regulation and the biology heredity regulation and also has discussed the idealism and the satisfied qualification of the corporate biological-like regulation. The author has used the corporate biological-like regulation to explain the integrated culture models and the combination models of the culture and technology in the M & A activity.
