  • Abstract
    IT governance is an effective way of realizing IT business value and evading the risk of IT, and it is a new challenge enterprises faced. The traditional researches on IT governance are focus on structure and configuration of the IT function, as well as the locus of responsibility for key IT decisions. And enterprise lacks an integrated system framework for IT governance implementing. The paper based on the alignment between IT and business strategy, taking the IT governance structure, distribution of responsibility of key IT decisions, IT governance process, and evaluation of IT governance performance into one integrated framework. It can help managers have a good understanding of IT governance and provides guidance for IT governance implementing.
