Applying Ergonomics to Improve Usability Design of the Interface of the “San Nong”; (Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers) e-Government Website

Applying e-government as platform to serve the “San Nong” (agriculture, rural areas and farmers) is a working hot spot of government in building new socialist rural areas to solve “San Nong” issue. The “San Nong” websites are mostly facing the users in rural areas, due to difficult use and “get lost on network” caused by page layout, habits of mind and understanding obstacles, result in the efficacy of information service have not given play fully. This article applies the theory of ergonomics as method to improve usability design of the interface of the “San Nong” e-government website, to maximize the efficacy of e-government serving for the “San Nong”.
