Abstract :
At the decision of a task of definition of absolute stability of system with one non-stationary nonlinearity with the help of functions Lyapunov the sufficient conditions of absolute stability are established. The task of definition of absolute stability of systems is decided also which contain near to a linear stationary part also a superposition of non-stationary nonlinear elements in a feedback.
