Abstract
The use of phthalocyanines as a dopant for polysilane polymers was investigated. The behavior of quantum yield vs. polarization field has been studied. This provides information on the intrinsic quantum yield and the thermalization distance. Finally, the application of the polysilane/phthalocyanine photoconductive system in the realization of a liquid-crystal spatial light modulator is described
