Abstract :
In this paper, it mainly considers the objects that e-government services---the citizens. Comparing domestic e-government performance evaluation system with foreign one´s, and combining the characteristics of China´s e-government development, it builds up an comprehensive e-government evaluation index system based on citizens satisfaction. The paper adopts AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to give weight to the index. On this basis, it considers to how to design a scientific e-government evaluation questionnaire. Lastly, it applies fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to measure the government website´s performance as an empirical analysis. From the citizens satisfaction measurement of view, it is helpful to detect the real problems and it has practical significance to promote the level of e-government services.
