Abstract :
This paper focuses on the impact of learner engagement on the teaching-learning process. A well-designed program, BROMP (Baker Rodrigo Observation Method Protocol) helps to identify, record and use the learner engagement index to enhance and sustain the right kind of teaching-learning environment.
