  • Abstract
    This paper intended to develop a quality control model of e-government outsourcing. E-government has become an explicit component of public sector reform and e-government outsourcing becomes a crucial choice for government to support its sustainable development. The success of e-government largely depends on whether the service offered will be used by the citizen. Under the circumstance of outsourcing, it is determined by the operation quality of e-government outsourcing. Based on the review of quality management theory, this paper applied total quality management to analyzing the e-government outsourcing management. After inspecting the process of e-government outsourcing, a quality control model is proposed according to the outsourcing process. It will help to improve the operation quality of e-government outsourcing by paying more attention to the process quality control.
