Abstract
It is not an isolation, the self-seal system, for all the organization, particularly for the rapid change and the development social environment. The enterprise must make the corresponding adjustment and the transformation enhances the management potency, unceasingly based on the environment change. The enterprise may through the innovation and carries on the management to the innovation, breaks the limitation of the traditional organization. The reorganization and the conformity, establishes a benign reasonable diffusion structure, thus changes own malpractice, causes during impetus social development for its own input “the energy”, promotes its benign revolution. This theses mainly through the analysis about the theory of innovation management and the diffusion structural, IT get the result that the proof innovation management is also a actually diffusion structure. In fully from diffusion structure essential factor non-linearity, open system, far away equilibrium state three angle analysis after innovation system request, It also make the discussion about how to enhances the innovation management using the diffusion structural theory!
