Abstract :
The highly interactive network makes the trend that the network group incidents are moving toward reality gradually, this paper analyses in depth the incentives of network group incidents making tracks for actualization from the network which is based on the re-division of their types and generation models, which include the Government´s negative and hysteretic responses, the relative deprivation of the rights of network information,the block of the appealing of network interests and expressive channels,the elaborate planning by the lawless persons and hostile forces,with a view to cope up with the network group incidents for the government, and to warn early and provide guidance related to promote the network group incidents tending to reality, only in this way can we build a harmonious socialist society.
