This paper introduces the design of a low-range overload-resistant capacitance accelerometer and accompanying experimental data. This accelerometer was designed to test a projectile´s flight attitude in a medium ballistic trajectory. Experimentation demonstrates that this accelerometer possesses a series of merits and can be used to test the acceleration of a projectile in a medium ballistic trajectory and establish its character
