Abstract :
The main objective behind writing this paper is to discuss the various teaching learning processes that can be used as a part of effective teaching learning processes. This paper will also discuss about the various modern techniques used for the giving best of knowledge to the students of engineering courses. The effectiveness of these techniques will also be discussed in the paper. The paper will also discuss how to create the learning environment in the academic subjects and how to involve the Learner into the subject with the virtual and real life applications and Practical knowledge. Here it is also discussed how to involve the best interactive techniques in the class room. Here it is also discussed how to use the research based teaching while communicating in the class on the subject topics.
