Abstract :
Possibilities and improvements are considered of realizing highly accurate dynamic current mirrors based on dynamic analog techniques. These current mirrors, which individually memorize the-input current, are insensitive to the transistor mismatch. The interferring parameters are presented, improvements proposed and experimental results shown.
