Abstract
Based on the summary achievements in the research related to credit evaluation, in this paper, an evaluation on construction-agency on behalf of government is being put into practice, by taking into account the extensive application of construction-agent system and credit crisis problem in domestic market. In order to enable government evaluate construction-agencies´ credit, a credit evaluation index system is proposed, then built a gray multi-credit evaluation model, which offering government a quantitative analysis method to evaluate. Finally, take a representative case for example to illuminate the application of credit index system and gray evaluation model, result of which verifies the practicability and feasibility of the system and model in this paper.
