Abstract :
The effect of multimedia conference system is the main factor influencing people´s communication. In this article, we will try our best to enhance the quality of video effect and improve the efficiency of multimedia transmission. Through using high compression video codec (H.264), cutting the data at the sending part, catching and sorting the data at the receiving part, we can minimize the data of video, reduce the loss rate through network and improve the decoding rate at the receiving part. By using those methods, the software can acquire better real time and higher quality.
