Abstract :
In the view of logic, information is proposition in essence. In order to make full use of information, people can understand information by logic. However facing the uncertainty of information, classical logic has outlived its effectiveness, we must find a new logic which can describe the uncertain information properly, and quantum logic is just the one. Thus, the article studies the representation of the uncertain information by quantum logic, which shows the significant cognitive function of quantum logic in uncertain information.
