Abstract :
In order to improve the efficiency of safety management and effectively solve the problem in locale decision-making as well as standardize law-enforcing procedures, the mobile information system of safety management is designed. Based on the analyses of the safety management characteristics and information demand, bringing the advantages of portable and secondary development on PDA into full play, eight of function modules such as safety management and supervision of law enforcement were designed which can complete data communication with two editions of back-end supporting platform, such as Enterprise Edition and Management Edition. The experimental data prove that the mobile information system of safety management is an important technical means to realize the safety management informatization and enhance the level of safety management.
